Building bridges where there are rivers, and opening tunnels where there are mountains; bridges connect to tunnels, and tunnels connect to bridges. On the Liryong Expressway, the combined length of bridges and tunnels accounts for one-fourth of the expressway's total length, making the bridge and tunnel scenery a beautiful sight. From Beipu to Longquan section of the Liryong Expressway, there are a total of 15 bridges and 29 tunnels. The 876-meter-long He Shang Bridge is the longest bridge on the Liryong Expressway.
